Leonardo Andrade is an Associate at CorralRosales. His practice focuses on Corporate Law, Data Protection, and Technology. He provides legal counsel to clients in the hospital and healthcare sectors.
In the field of data protection, he advises both national and international clients on compliance with personal data protection regulations. His work includes the drafting and negotiation of privacy policies, data protection agreements and clauses, international data transfer agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, among other legal instruments.
Within his corporate practice, Leonardo provides comprehensive legal counsel to one of the country’s leading hospitals, advising on commercial and corporate matters, risk management, and strategic decision-making from a legal perspective.
Prior to joining the firm, he served at the Undersecretariat of Public Order and Private Security of the Ministry of the Interior, where he was involved in administrative law matters and the conduct of administrative sanctioning proceedings. He has also provided general corporate legal advice to companies and strategic counsel in their dealings with regulators and public authorities.
Leonardo holds a law degree from Universidad Internacional del Ecuador and is an accredited mediator certified by the Cámara de Economía Popular y Solidaria of Quito.
