María Gabriela Vázquez is an associate at CorralRosales. She has more than three years of experience and develops her activity in the area of Corporate Law in the Health Care Industry.
Within her functions in this field, her experience includes legal advice in several strategic areas, such as procurement, commercial area, corporate matters, public procurement, review of contracts of all kinds with suppliers and clients of the industry itself and advice in regulatory matters, among others.
As part of her previous experience, she worked in several law firms and in the aeronautical sector, advising on corporate law, internal policies, and processes of all kinds.
María Gabriela has a Law degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito and a Master’s’ degree in International Business Law from Universidad CEU San Pablo (Madrid).
