Bio
Alex Molina Ruiz is an associate at CorralRosales. He has a decade of experience in the areas of intellectual property, administrative litigation, technology transfer and software licensing.
His practice includes the development of litigation strategies, as well as advising and prosecuting judicial proceedings. He is experienced in substantiation of administrative proceedings in intellectual property matters and investigation of unfair practices, as well as contentious and constitutional proceedings in patent, trademark, and copyright matters.
Alex has participated as a speaker on intellectual property and administrative law issues in national and international forums organized by the German International Cooperation Office – GIZ, the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union and the Ecuadorian Corporation for the Development of Research and Academy NREN – CEDIA.
He is graduate from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, with a master’s degree in law with mention in administrative procedural law and litigation by the Institute for Higher National Studies IAEN ; and is qualified as Senior Specialist in constitutional law. He has completed different programs on intellectual property law and litigation organized by the Universidad Externado de Colombia and the World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO.
