Bio
Alberto is part of the Tax and Customs team at CorralRosales where he advises national and international companies in the development of their activities in Ecuador. His practice focuses on tax litigation, representing clients in complex disputes with tax authorities at the administrative and judicial level.
In addition to his litigation practice, Alberto advises clients on tax risk management, compliance strategies and generally provides strategic advice to corporations, financial institutions and high net worth individuals facing assessment, post control or collection actions. Alberto also collaborates with the corporate team to develop efficient tax structures that align with business objectives and comply with current regulations.
Alberto obtained his law degree Magna Cum Laude from Universidad San Francisco de Quito (2024). He is the author of outstanding publications in tax law and political science. Additionally, he has a specialization in Extraordinary Appeal of Cassation granted by Universidad de las Américas.
