Bio
Raphaela Dávalos is an associate in the Labor Law team at CorralRosales, where her practice focuses on labor and employment proceedings and constitutional litigation with a strong emphasis on labor law. She advises and represents clients in judicial proceedings, as well as in administrative matters before the Ministry of Labor and the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute (IESS).
She earned her Magna Cum Laude law degree from Universidad Hemisferios. During her academic training, she served as a teaching assistant, an experience she continues to build upon through her academic involvement in procedural and constitutional law courses at Universidad Hemisferios, contributing to the development of legal education and the practical analysis of the law.
Raphaela has also participated as a workshop facilitator in labor law, delivering specialized training sessions focused on the practical application of labor regulations. Her experience includes particular emphasis on termination proceedings (visto bueno) and the strategic management of labor relations, providing clients and professionals with practical, solution-oriented guidance.
