Bio

Ignacio Espinoza is an associate at CorralRosales. He works in the areas of Regulatory and Environmental Law. 

His work in the regulatory area includes addressing inquiries about companies’ regulatory matters. He also assists in defending and developing special procedures before health authorities. Additionally, he handles matters related to the Ecuadorian Quality System and compliance with technical regulations for consumer goods.

In the environmental area, Ignacio advises clients on meeting requirements for obtaining environmental permits, complying with environmental obligations, and managing administrative procedures. Furthermore, in the environmental field, he addresses issues related to single-use plastics, hazardous waste, circular economy, and extended producer responsibility.

Ignacio has extensive experience in public affairs, excelling in managing relationships with government ministries and drafting laws and regulations. His ability to align interests and collaborate with public and private stakeholders has been key to developing effective and sustainable public policies.

Previously, Ignacio served as an advisor to the Permanent Specialized Commission on the Right to Health and Sports of the National Assembly. He is also a member of the “Young Ecuadorian Attorneys – YEA” Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as the Chair of the Regulatory Law Committee.

Ignacio holds a Law degree from the University of Navarra in Spain and is a qualified attorney from Universidad Hemisferios in Ecuador.
