Verónica Olivo is an associate at CorralRosales with more than 10 years of experience in the  Corporate area and the aviation industry.

From the start of their operations, Veronica provides legal counsel to passenger and cargo airlines in Ecuador, and she is involved in their daily operations providing them guidance as needed. She is extremely knowledgeable of the aeronautical technical regulation and regulatory processes before the aviation authority, such as obtaining and modifying operating permits, certification processes, approval of commercial operating agreements, to name a few. Additionally, she provides legal counsel in international aircraft financing, sale and leasing operations, as well as in the preparation of all types of contracts for the aeronautical industry.

In the Corporate area, she provides advice on daily company needs, as well as on the legal administrative management of her clients.
