Rafael Rosales

Rafael is a partner at CorralRosales. He has more than 30 years of experience in handling corporate matters and serves as General Manager of the firm. Rafael participates in operations related to different industries such as Distribution and Services, Food and Beverage, Insurance and Retail.

In the corporate area, Rafael advises multinational clients mainly in their landing in Ecuador and in the design of legal schemes that allow the companies to carry their business in Ecuador. Rafael goes beyond offering strictly legal advice, and helps clients understand the local environment and make the most appropriate decisions about how to do business in Ecuador.

Rafael is the link of the firm with different guilds and associations such as the Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce and the Ecuadorian Spanish Chamber of Commerce (where he is on the board of directors). He has participated as a representative of several international companies in Ecuador and has been part of its boards.

Rafael also has strong ties with business leaders, media and opinion makers, which allows him to advise clients on different aspects of how to do business, with a current vision of the local situation.

Rafael studied at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
