Marco Ospina Loza is an associate at CorralRosales and develops his practice in the areas of data protection,technology and real state. Marco has experience in contractual, commercial, and constitutional matters. In the area of data protection, Marco handles audits, preparation of personal data and privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Additionally, Marco focuses on researching the application of new technologies applied to different industries and the development of new regulations with technological impact and component.
He holds a law degree from Universidad de las Américas and complements his career with advanced specialization courses in: Civil Procedural Law (COGEP), Administrative Law and Reforms to the COIP.
