His multidisciplined career trajectory and combined experience, having advised clients in a wide variety of areas and jurisdictions, have earned him a significant reputation in the distribution and services, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, real estate, retail and TMT industries.

In the field of intellectual property, Francisco manages several portfolios of international companies at both the local and regional level. In addition, Francisco oversees due diligence and negotiations, as well as the acquisition and sale of intellectual property assets. He actively participates in representing clients in both administrative and judicial procedures.

In the commercial, corporate and government procurement areas, Francisco advises companies and individuals on contractual matters as well as international operations.
