Ricardo Mancheno

Ricardo Mancheno is a senior associate at CorralRosales. He has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate and Government Procurement.

In the Corporate area, Ricardo has extensive experience advising on corporate, contractual and business matters. Ricardo combines this knowledge with his past experience in the provision of global legal services to corporate clients, making him an extremely well-rounded attorney in this area.

In the area of ​​Government Procurement, Ricardo advises national and international clients in the pre-contractual stages, negotiation and execution of public contracts for the execution of works, provision of services and consulting. Additionally, he provides legal counsel and represents clients in audit processes and special examinations by the control organisms of Ecuador.

Ricardo complements his activity with advice on fiscal, administrative and procedural matters.

Ricardo participates actively in forums and congresses on corporate and public procurement issues, as well as in academic and journalistic publications on different topics. As for his academic collaboration, he was a tenured professor for more than ten years in several universities in the country.
