María Gracia Alava is an associate at CorralRosales and concentrates her practice in the Labor área.
María Gracia’s work includes counselling national and international clients on the scope of Ecuadorian labor legislation and its implications, as well as in administrative processes before the Ministry of Labor, such as defense of worker complaints and “Visto Bueno” processes, labor compliance inspections, schedules regulations, internal working and safety and hygiene regulations.
Before joining CorralRosales, María Gracia held the position of Zonal 5 Director of Sanctioning Processes at the Quality Assurance Agency for Health Services and Prepaid Medicine – ACESS, where she gained experience in administrative matters. María Gracia´s work also includes assesment on administrative procedures at the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security.
María Gracia is a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil. In addition, she has obtained a Master´s degree in Procedural Law from the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo.
