Francisco Gallegos is a partner at CorralRosales. He has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of Intellectual Property, Competition, Corporate and Government Procurement. His multidisciplinary trajectory and combined experience, having advised his clients in a wide variety of areas and jurisdictions, has earned him recognition over time, especially in matters related to industries such as Distribution and Services, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate Retail and TMT.
In the area of Intellectual Property, Francisco manages several portfolios of international companies at local and regional level. Likewise, Francisco participates in due diligence and negotiation processes, acquisition and sale of intellectual property assets. He actively participates in the defense of clients in administrative and judicial processes.
In the areas of Corporate and Government Procurement, Francisco advises companies and individuals in the handling of contractual, corporate and specific operations. Francisco is a lawyer from the Universidad Central del Ecuador. He has a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar.
